Autumn care for a private garden

A large private garden that needed sorting out before winter. We cut out the dead shrubs, took the higher branches down with a pole pruner and cleared the perennial beds. The branches went through a wood chipper on site and the beds were mulched.

Conifer shaping and hedge trimming

We shape conifers with a telescopic trimmer so the crown stays dense and holds its form. A tall thuja hedge gets trimmed from a ladder, level on top and along the sides.

Groundworks and site preparation

With a mini excavator and a compact loader we lifted the old turf, cleared the plot and levelled the ground. It is then ready for a new lawn, beds or paving.
